Dato’ Norman is a prolific and experienced leader, entrepreneur, brand strategist, and multi-award-winning creative producer. Through his accounting background, Dato’ Norman has spearheaded the team and successfully transformed KRU into a leading media and entertainment company locally and an emerging brand globally.
His leadership is sought by many other organizations as reflected by his past positions including, Deputy Chairman of FINAS (National Film Development Corporation of Malaysia), Chairman of IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) Asia Pacific Board, and President of PFM (Malaysian Film Producers Association) and many more. Dato’ Norman has also won numerous awards and recognitions including the Outstanding Entrepreneur Award in 2007 from the Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Awards, and MPA Asia – Pacific Copyright Educator (A.C.E.) Award in recognition of his important contribution to working alongside the Motion Pictures Association of America in raising awareness of the importance of promoting content protection in the region.

Felicia graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance. Since joining the company, she has more than 19 years of valuable experiences from a spectrum of assigned tasks and responsibilities mainly focusing on office management, marketing, sales & distribution, social media, media sales, etc. Felicia assists the Group CEO on overall matters especially on management, marketing and business development.
